Who this policy covers.
This policy applies to the Mission Asphalt & Paving website and its paving-review request form in Mission, British Columbia. The website records requests but does not itself book work, confirm contractor status, or guarantee service, method, availability or price.
Information you choose to submit.
The request form collects the name, phone number, property address, selected paving scope, project notes, consent record and limited attribution details you provide. Mission Asphalt & Paving may use those details to respond. The form does not authorize sharing your information with an independent service provider; separate consent would be required before that happens.
If you call or email a listed contact, records of that communication may be retained as needed to respond and keep an accurate request history. The public phone number may use call forwarding handled by Twilio.
How submitted information is used.
Submitted information is used to respond to the paving-review request, understand the proposed scope, protect the form from abuse, maintain accurate records and improve the website. The form does not confirm a quote, service or appointment. Personal information submitted through the form is not sold.
Analytics and browser storage.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand visits and website interactions. Analytics events use a fixed, non-personal event contract. Names, phone numbers, property addresses and project notes from the form are not sent to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage. The site also stores a limited first-touch attribution record containing allowlisted campaign and click identifiers; it does not store completed form entries in browser storage.
Retention, correction and deletion.
Request and contact records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain accurate business and security records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to correct or delete contact details, subject to records that must be retained.
